The Egyptian Agricultural Ministry introduced a set of new initiatives this week aimed at supporting organic farming and boosting exports to international markets.

The program includes subsidies for farmers transitioning to organic certification, along with new partnerships to help exporters meet international quality standards.

Ministry officials said the initiatives are expected to open up new revenue opportunities for farming communities across the country over the next several growing seasons.
